NYU Langone Hospital-Suffolk is seeking a Concierge for part-time evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 3 days/week, alternating weekends). The role enhances patient and family experience by providing personalized, professional service, liaising with departments to ensure needs are met and first impressions are positive.

Formación

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years in customer service/hospitality (hospital, hotel, retail, or customer experience).
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients, families and visitors; provides wayfinding to hospital locations.
• Answers questions at the lobby desk and via phone in a professional manner.
• Informs patients about hospital and community services and amenities; initiates service recovery when needed.
• Anticipates needs, follows up on concerns, and resolves issues with Patient Relations involvement.
• Collaborates with staff to deliver exceptional customer service; escalates when required.
• Maintains lobby appearance and work areas; performs other duties as assigned.
