Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving patients in a timely manner.
• Coordinate activities with unit staff and other departments.
• Demonstrate clear, concise, accurate and timely communications with health care team, patients, families and visitors.
• Perform service functions including triaging/answering calls.
• Assist with concerns and use of MyWall.
• Work under direct supervision and uphold NYU Langone Core Values.
