Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Part Time Hospital Concierge-HCC 13 Cath Lab-Evening Shift (28 Hours) to support patient care activities on the nursing unit, manage records and supplies, and coordinate with staff and departments. You will communicate clearly with the care team, patients, families and visitors while upholding NYU Core Values.

The role emphasizes greeting patients, triaging calls, assisting with concerns and using MyWall, all within a supervised environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with data entry, email, hospital intranet and multi-line telephone etiquette.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including on the phone, with creative problem solving.
• Bilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving patients promptly.
• Coordinate activities with unit staff and other departments.
• Communicate clearly and timely with the health care team, patients, families and visitors.
• Perform service functions including triaging/answering calls.
• Assist with concerns and use of MyWall.
• Work under direct supervision and uphold NYULH Core Values.
