NYU Langone Health is seeking a Part Time Hospital Concierge-HCC 13 Cath Lab-Evening Shift (28 Hours) to support patient care on the nursing unit through records, supplies, and environmental upkeep. You will coordinate with unit staff and other departments, and communicate with health care team members, patients, families, and visitors.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy including data entry, email, hospital intranet and phone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check-in arriving patients on the nursing unit.
• Coordinate activities with unit staff and other departments.
• Communicate clearly with health care team, patients and families.
• Perform service functions including triaging and answering calls; assist with MyWall usage.
