Dweck Properties is seeking an Evening Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer calls, log packages, and coordinate services. This role requires active interaction, problem solving, and a willingness to assist across building operations.

You will manage maintenance requests, help plan social events, and support the office team, not just sit at a desk. A positive attitude, flexibility, and reliability are essential for success in our fast paced community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role in hospitality, retail, or property management.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents, answer calls, and guide them appropriately.
• Log packages and assist with deliveries or drop-offs.
• Assist residents with emergencies, requests, or concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests within 24 hours and follow up.
• Plan resident social events to build community.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks and training potential.
