The Towbes Group is seeking an Evening Services Representative for Siena Apartments in Santa Maria, CA. You will help maintain safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere after hours, patrolling the property and addressing issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in hospitality, customer service, sales, or security.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related state/federal laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic MS Office use.
• Ability to walk the property throughout the shift and complete inspections.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property to ensure safety and security across amenities and parking areas.
• Serve as first line of defense by identifying maintenance issues, safety hazards and rule violations.
• Secure clubhouse, pool, laundry rooms, and fitness center each night; leave areas clean and ready.
• Enforce community policies politely and professionally.
• Assist with light janitorial tasks, resident events, and postings; support team communications.
