The Laura Hotel in Downtown Houston, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, seeks a friendly server to welcome guests, pour drinks, and ensure a memorable dining experience. You will uphold beverage service standards, assist with setup, and work closely with culinary and bar teams to deliver consistent hospitality.

Preferred candidates have hotel or hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of state liquor laws and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests hospitably and serve drinks to standards.
• Follow state and corporate requirements for alcohol service.
• Prepare station for opening and closing shifts.
• Handle cash and banking per procedures.
