Hiring wage range is $37.50–$45.90 per hour, dependent on experience, with a $1.00/hour shift differential for evenings. This role focuses on coordinating resident care, documenting per policy, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and must be currently licensed as an RN in Minnesota.
• Must maintain current unencumbered RN license with the Board of Nursing.
• RN responsibilities include coordinating resident care and required documentation per policies and standards.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate professionalism with clients, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and documentation per established policies and standards.
• May supervise or direct other staff as needed.
• Foster teamwork and contribute to facility goals and mission.
• Ensure services follow current regulations and standards.
• Relate professionally with residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
