Good Samaritan Pipestone, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in a long-term care setting. You will assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, vital signs, and activity engagement under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and mobility.
• Document resident interactions and vital signs; communicate concerns to charge nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies; assist with meals and daily activities.
