Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant for evening shifts. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team under RN supervision.

Eligible CNAs receive nightly/weekend differentials, advancement opportunities, and education assistance. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• CNA certification with Minnesota Board required or in progress (4 months).
• Annual 12 hours of continuing education required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to RN.
• Support infection prevention and PPE use.
• Assist with activities and coordinate with care team.
