Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care on the night shift. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting the nursing team in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota or able to obtain certification within four months.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and infection prevention protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance as scheduled.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, meals, vital signs, and mobility.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the RN.
• Support housekeeping and activity participation to maintain a safe, pleasant environment.
