Sanford Health, a leading rural health system, is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Pipestone to deliver resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist residents with daily living, monitor vital signs, and work under RN supervision in a supportive, care-focused environment.

This full-time role offers evening shifts, generous shift differentials, education assistance, and daily access to earnings.

Formación

• CNA certification required or in process within four months.
• Yearly continuing education credits are expected.
• Must be 16+ with preferred prior long-term care experience.
• State CNA certification or enrollment in a CNA program is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the nurse in charge.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and participate in team activities.
