Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living Maryland Heights is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and residents with daily care, mobility, and comfort. You will help with bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring residents’ wellbeing in a warm, respectful environment.

You’ll work a 6pm–6am shift and every other weekend, collaborating with an attentive care team. The role requires patience, clear communication, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing or completion of an approved CNA program and competency exam.
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nursing staff and residents as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal delivery, and documentation of intake.
• Record weight, monitor skin condition, and report changes to nurse.
• Document progress on flow sheets and communicate factors affecting care.
