Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living Maryland Heights is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and care for residents in a compassionate, elder-focused environment.

The shift is 7p-7a, Monday to Friday with weekend needs. Responsibilities include ADL assistance, mobility support, meal service coordination, and accurate documentation. Current CPR/BLS certification and prior long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to express oneself clearly in written and oral communication in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documents intake.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks intake; documents weight changes and reports to nurse.
• Assists with weight tracking and documents changes as directed.
• Monitors skin condition and reports any concerns to nurse and supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities and completes flow sheets daily.
