Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is hiring a CNA/Resident Assistant for a full-time shift from 3pm to 11pm in Dover, Delaware. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, safety, and engagement, while adhering to policies and documenting care and incidents.

The position requires a current CNA license, strong communication, and the ability to lift and assist with transfers. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or to be completed within 60 days of hire, with weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents or concerns to the nursing team and document appropriately.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain clean resident areas.
• Respond promptly to calls and emergencies and communicate status clearly.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Support move-in transitions and daily log documentation.
