Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Dover, Delaware seeks compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA for full-time night shift 11pm-7am to support residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, mobility, safety, housekeeping, and activity planning; responding to calls and emergencies; and aiding in move-in transitions. Must complete PCA program and be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable within 60 days of hire.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Help residents move to dining and activities and supervise safety.
• Document resident status and communicate with nursing staff.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support.
