Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist residents to dining room and activities; monitor attendance and status.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance and emergencies; stay calm during incidents.
• Provide emotional support to residents during move-in and daily routines.
