Good Samaritan in Wagner, SD is looking for a part-time Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance under RN supervision. You will help with bathing, grooming, meal assistance, vital signs, and documentation, while following infection control and safety policies.

The role requires CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and 12 hours of continuing education annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process of obtaining certification within four months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and basic health care tasks.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the nurse on duty.
• Support infection prevention and PPE usage according to policy.
