Good Samaritan in Miller, SD is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for part-time shifts. You will provide resident-centered care under RN supervision, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs and support dining and hydration for residents in long-term care.

Qualified candidates have CNA certification or are in a certification program, and a GED or high school diploma is preferred. The role may involve driving and adherence to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or in the process of obtaining certification.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility; record vital signs.
• Support meals, hydration and psychosocial well-being; follow care plans.
