Job summary

Sanford Health’s Good Samaritan Waconia campus seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care during the evening shift. You will support daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

You’ll work under the supervision of an RN, adhere to care plans, infection control policies, and PPE usage, and engage with residents to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred; not required.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and skilled care.
• Record vital signs and maintain infection control and PPE use.
• Support residents with meals, mobility, and grooming.
