Job summary

Bridgewater Retirement Community Memory Care is seeking a licensed CNA/Medication Aide to join our team. This role supports residents in memory care, provides compassionate care, and works 3p-11p with every-other-weekend rotation.

Virginia CNA license and eligibility for Registered Medication Aide are required; we offer in-house training and a shift differential of $2 for 3p-11p, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement with company match, and wellness

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in Virginia required.
• Must be a Registered Medication Aide or willing to obtain (in-house training provided).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA/Medication Aide care in Memory Care.
• Follow schedule: 3pm–11pm with every-other-weekend rotation.
• Support residents’ quality of life and participate in team activities.
