Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a Registered Medication Aide for full-time, evening shifts (2 PM - 10 PM) in Harrisonburg, VA. The role focuses on assisting residents who require 24-hour supervision and support with activities of daily living, while encouraging independence and choice.

CNA/GA graduate level credentials are a plus, with no advanced nursing degree required. Compensation starts at $17.99–$23.66 per hour based on experience, plus a $2.00 shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following: CNA License (VA), Direct Care Staff Certificate, or Geriatric Nursing Assistant Training.
• Current Medication Administration License in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or ability to obtain within 90 days from course completion).
• CPR and First-Aid certification or obtain certifications at VMRC within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to speak and understand English and carry out assignments with limited supervision.
