A leading retirement community in Virginia is seeking a Registered Medication Aide & CNA to join its team. This full-time position involves performing various resident care tasks in the Memory Support and Assisted Living Unit, primarily from 7PM to 7AM. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring resident safety. Qualified candidates should have a valid VA State CNA license and preferably a Registered Medication Aide license, along with experience working with dementia patients.

Qualifications

• Valid VA State CNA license required.
• Registered Medication Aide license preferred.
• Two to three years of experience working with dementia patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and report abnormal conditions.
• Escort/transport residents within the facility.
• Administer medications under supervision.
