Bridgewater Retirement Community Memory Care is seeking a licensed CNA/Medication Aide to join our team. This role supports residents in memory care, provides compassionate care, and works 3p-11p with every-other-weekend rotation.

Virginia CNA license and eligibility for Registered Medication Aide are required; we offer in-house training and a shift differential of $2 for 3p-11p, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement with company match, and wellness

Formación

• Licensed CNA in Virginia required.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills expected.

Bridgewater Retirement Community Memory Care is currently seeking outstanding and energetic licensed CNA/Medication Aide to join our team!

Schedule : 3p-11p with every other weekend rotation

$2 shift differential for 3p-11p

Requirements

• CNA license in the state of Virginia
• Registered Medication Aide or willingness to obtain (in house training provided)
• Qualified candidates must be 18 or older, and have collaborative communication skills, work well with others and independently, and serve as a role model and leader to the team.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
