The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to residents in long-term care under RN supervision, delivering daily living assistance and basic health care. Adheres to infection prevention and PPE policies while following individualized care plans.

Provides support with activities of daily living, vital signs, and psychosocial care, and helps with transfers, positioning, and mobility as needed.

Competenze

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming and vital signs.
• Follow care plans and infection prevention policies including PPE use.

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Support transfer, repositioning and walking as needed.
