Good Samaritan is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will perform daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the care team under an RN. This role emphasizes infection control, safety, and compassionate service in a Christian environment.

The position offers evening shifts, full-time hours, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Current CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of certification.
• Minimum age 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Complete annual 12 hours of continuing education and maintain required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities, bathing, meals, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to charge nurse.
• Support infection prevention and PPE use; assist with transfers and ROM.
• Participate in wellness activities and document interactions.
