Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Part-Time Nursing Assistant for the Westbrook, MN campus to provide resident-centered care during the evening shift. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and support the health and comfort of residents while collaborating with the nursing team.

The role requires a CNA certification and adherence to infection control and safety policies. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with opportunities for benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing required or in progress.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
• Complete yearly competency testing; 12 hours CE annually.
• If applicable, driving qualifications may be required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and vital signs.
• Document care interactions and report changes to the RN.
• Support housekeeping and laundry; assist wellness and recreational programs.
• Participate in department or organizational committees as needed.
