Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in progress.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and documenting vital signs.
• Follow care plans and infection prevention and PPE policies.
• Communicate changes to the charge nurse and participate in wellness activities.
• Support housekeeping and laundry as needed.
