Job summary

Apple Rehab Laurel Woods in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated CNA to assist residents with daily care, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly and shift options include 7a–3p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily bathing, grooming, dental care, and mobility needs.
• Document care provided according to facility policies and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Observe and report any skin breakdowns or injuries to supervisor; respond to emergencies promptly.
