Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a CMA program that meets state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity and document dosage and time.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate care documentation as ordered.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer paperwork.
• Provide teamwork support and assist other care staff as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with tours as requested.
