Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide safe, accurate medication administration and compassionate daily care to our residents at Hartmann Village in Boonville, MO.

Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will verify identities, document doses, monitor responses, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain compliant records in a warm, home‑like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a CMA program that meets state requirements.
• Active CMA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision of licensed staff.
• Verify resident identity prior to administration and document dosage/time.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report issues promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to charge staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and intake/output.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer documentation as required.
• Provide light housekeeping and assist with tours as requested.
