Natera is seeking a Clinical Lab Supervisor in California to lead daily lab operations, supervise staff, ensure adherence to CLIA/CAP guidelines, and coordinate with senior management. The role requires strong leadership, compliance, and hands-on lab supervision.

Qualifications

BS/BA in Medical Technology with 4 years CLIA laboratory experience
BS/BA in Physical, Chemical or Biological Sciences with 5 years CLIA lab experience
Master’s degree with major in chemical/physical/biological sciences with 3 years CLIA lab experience
Master’s with BS/BA in Medical Technology with 2 years CLIA lab experience
Current CA state CLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Staffing, scheduling, and setting up sample run schedules.
Ensure production work meets department goals and is completed.
Process and account for all case samples.
Coach, train, and evaluate lab staff; conduct performance reviews.
