You will provide professional, friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting and support nursing and administrative staff with information systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 6 months in healthcare or an office setting, plus strong interpersonal skills and proficiency

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting
• Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and members of the health care team.
• This is a fast-paced position that requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties.
• The role supports Nursing and Administrative staff and adheres to Johns Hopkins policy and procedures.
