Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and use clinical/administrative systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and staff.
