The Clinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills, knowledge of information & computer systems, the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff, all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit, department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.”
Salary Range: Minimum $17.99/hour - Maximum $20.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
