Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Clinical Associate at Winchester Hospital for 16 hours per week in the evening shift. Under a nurse’s direction, you will perform basic patient care tasks to support comfort, safety and satisfaction.

The role requires reading/writing English, BLS, and certification through CNA or nursing student clinical rotation. CATP completion is preferred, with strong teamwork in a high-demand setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required.
• Must be Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Student with clinical rotation / 3 months clinical care experience.
• Winchester Hospital Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP) completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds; assist in transporting patients and equipment.
• Collect, label, and transport specimens; retrieve blood products.
• Perform point-of-care testing and record vital signs and weights.
• Remove Foley catheters and saline locks.
