The position requires English proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS certification, with multiple path options including CNA or nursing student progression. Schedule: 3, 12-hour day shifts, rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS – Basic Life Support certification required.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency for interactions with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make an occupied and unoccupied bed.
• Assist in transporting patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collect, label and transport specimens.
• Retrieve and sign out blood products.
• Accurately performs point of care testing.
• Obtains vital signs and weights.
• Maintains accurate intake and output measurements.
• Removes Foley catheters and saline locks.
