Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with a warm, inviting demeanor and checks in patients.
• Manages front desk operations and assists clinicians with patient care.
• Schedules appointments to maximize provider availability and treatment room usage.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs data entry into the EMR system and generates reports as needed.
• Manages front desk communications including faxes and phone calls.
• Maintains clinic supplies and performs light cleaning and organization of treatment areas.
