Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist to support evening chat and email inquiries for the holiday season. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5pm to 10pm for 8–9 weeks, with mandatory remote training 11/9/26–11/13/26 (5pm–10pm).

Equipment pickup is at our South Austin office and staff reside in Central Texas. Responsibilities include creating positive customer experiences, handling product and order questions, and maintaining knowledge of promotions and sales

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent grammar.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Openness to feedback and daily improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences via chat and email.
• Process chat and email inquiries and assist via phone if needed.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, accounts and website issues.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques.
• Support Go Retail Group's mission, values and customer service standards.
