Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Minnesota seeks a Shuttle Driver to move empty trailers to operating locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, complying with DOT rules. You will perform safety checks, document hours, and work a 3rd-shift schedule (Sun–Thu) with a 12:00 AM dispatch.

Earn at least $325 per day with a $7,500 hiring bonus. Company benefits include Day 1 health, stock purchase plan, 401(k) matching, education assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR past 3 years.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform DOT-mandated safety checks on tractor/trailer before/after trips.
• Report safety issues or needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Ensure route paperwork is with loads and ready at dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers per schedule; secure freight.
