Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to support our warehouse operations. You will transport empty trailers to operating locations, then deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards in a safe, timely manner according to DOT rules.

The role requires a CDL A with doubles endorsement, at least 21 years old, and a clean MVR. Weekend and night shifts are typical, with a guaranteed daily minimum and a $7,500 signing bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A with Doubles Endorsement required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean MVR (past 3 years).
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Willing to work 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip safety checks on tractor/trailer per DOT.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain route paperwork and dispatch information.
• Drive and deliver trailers on preset routes; hook/unhook procedures.
• Park and secure equipment and freight; ensure proper loading.
