Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring Shuttle Drivers for an evening shift (Sun-Thu, 10:00 PM–12:00 AM) to support its food distribution network. The role involves transporting trailers safely between warehouse locations, adhering to DOT regulations, and delivering to domicile/shuttle yard sites.

A minimum of 6 months driving experience and a valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement are required. Earn a guaranteed minimum of $325 per day with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; ensure freight is secured.
• Ensure route paperwork is ready at dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures and secure equipment.
