Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Minnesota to transport empty and full trailers across intrastate routes with a 12:00 AM dispatch, Sunday through Thursday. The role offers a minimum daily earning of $325 and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

A doubles endorsement is required, along with a valid CDL A and DOT health card. Responsibilities include safety inspections, DOT compliance, timely deliveries, paperwork management, and secure handling of freight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Able to hand-lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post trip safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues or repairs needed.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Ensure route paperwork is complete and available at dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to schedule; hook/unhook safely.
• Park and secure tractors/trailers; maintain clean, organized trailers.
• Maintain logs of hours and comply with company policies.
