Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized plan of care for each resident.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Encourage and assist residents with activities.
• Transport residents within the facility and to appointments.
• Respond to urgent calls in a timely manner.
