Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Illinois. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support a compassionate, dignified living environment.

As the heart of our mission, you will follow individualized plans, engage residents in social activities, and collaborate with families and care leaders to brighten each day. Paid training and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Age 18+ required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
