This facility in Richland, WA seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents as outlined by their care plans. You will document accurately, maintain confidentiality, and escalate changes promptly to Supervisors while supporting a warm, safe, and respectful environment on each shift.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care, ensuring residents are comfortable, clean, and well-cared for throughout your shift.

Formación

• Provide routine daily care and services as per resident assessment and care plan.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to Health and Wellness Director.
• Maintain accurate notes, SPAs, and incident reports.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and escort to rooms; ensure rooms ready (bed made).
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Observe and report skin integrity, safety hazards, and changes in condition.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report HIPAA violations.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
• Record and communicate nursing reports and follow policies and procedures.
