Qualifications

• Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provides compassionate, resident-centered care
• Maintains safety and confidentiality in care delivery
• Communicates effectively with residents and team members

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime duties
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper techniques
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
• Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned
