Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver On Call to support residents with daily living activities and care needs during the PM shift. You will assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and safety while providing compassionate, customer-focused service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to care plans, and maintaining dignity and privacy in all interactions. Prior caregiving experience is valued and training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintain through training and ongoing education as required.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification, preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Responds to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Review ISP and lifestyle surveys at shift start and acknowledge updates.
• Complete all assigned ISP tasks during the shift and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility as needed.
• Perform safety checks, report changes in resident condition and participate in wellness activities.
• Transport residents safely for meals and activities and support social engagement.
