Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Newport Beach, CA is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, transportation, and wellness activities while upholding dignity and privacy.

This full-time role offers a PM shift (2pm-10:15pm) with a competitive hourly rate ($19-$20), comprehensive benefits, tuition support, and a collaborative team focused on growth and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications required; Medication Management cert preferred by state.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide safe transport and transfers with proper lifting techniques.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow policies and regulations.
