Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver On Call for the PM shift (2pm-10pm) in California. The role focuses on assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily activities, delivering compassionate care in a respectful, safe environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, plus First Aid/CPR and Medication Management certifications if required by state. 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred
• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must have good written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and service
• Maintain safety and privacy of residents and follow ISP guidance
• Support mealtime, transport, bathing, dressing, and wellness activities
• Adhere to state regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
